I dialed and waited for him to answer.

I had just gotten done with alistair and the changing of the mentors when my cell rang. " Darius my boy, what can I do for you?"

O

"Well Sir, I have good news, and then I have bad news. The good news is... Jasmine is finally divorcing her husband. As soon as the paperwork is complete, I'm going to ask her to marry me. We... also found out that Elias is really my son, not Morrisey's."

I sat down and opened my check ledger. " Is that so, well that definitely changes a few things now doesn't it. So uh, now the bad news."

I told him everything we'd been noticing about Elias, what had happened at the hospital, and what we'd been told at the meeting. "Jasmine is... pretty distraught. And rightfully so. At this point, I'm not entirely sure what to do about the situation, apart from pulling him from the training program immediately. There has to be more though, those are very serious charges."

I cleared my throat, "What about the girl, and the boy. Will they be okay?" I asked, clenching my fist.

"I don't know. A doctor is going to see them this afternoon. The boy might be okay, if it weren't for the fact that he was made to watch the entire thing. I seriously doubt the girl will be okay, at least not for a very, very long time."

" Tell my grandson I'll be there today to see him, I uh need to check some things. Please tell my daughter, I will see her for dinner, I expect you will be joining?"

"Yes Sir, I will. If you would prefer, we can have dinner at my place. It will be your daughter's home soon enough."

" That's fine, I will call you when I leave the hospital." I said and ended the call. I sat there a minute, fuming and thought a moment before dialing

I woke and called the proper people and readied for the day. I went down and ate, drinking coffee and reading the paper. I grabbed my briefcase and straightened my tie before heading out to publicly arrest the two dumb asses i hired. I had already made plans for their release and therd be no questions. They would dissappear, or i would put a bullet in both their skulls.

I dialed grandpa's number and waited for him to answer.

I saw it was my grandson and answered, putting it on speaker while i drove. "Yes Elias, how are you?"

"Not so good," I said and told him everything Feather had told us. "Can you meet us at the Trayhill's?"

I looked at Victoria who was already on her phone. "Sure thing, we are on our way." i said and hung up. "Goddamn those fools. I warned Nicholai to leave her be. Dammit." i said and we sped off to district two.

I opened the window in my room and whistled. It took a few minutes but eventually one of my ravens flew in and landed in my shoulder. I attached the letter then told it where to go and watched as it flew away.

V - The Capitol has been overthrown and I have been taken into custody. I am going to be questioned, but I am prepared for all that entails. I will not give any of you up. No word of your whereabouts will leave my mouth. Your location is safe. I just want to tell you goodbye. It is not likely I am going to survive. But like I said I am prepared for that. I have lived a long life, and if this is to be my time then so be it. I will leave this world with the knowledge that I never betrayed you and your daughter. It is my last gift to you. I met with the new maids and gave them a full tour, showing them where they would be working and what they'd be doing. Afterwards, when I felt confident that they understood, I left them to their new rooms so they could rest a little. It had been a very long morning so far and I didn't have a moment to spare. So, I waited until he time was right and everyone seemed quite occupied, going about their day. I went into the kitchen and started to prepare a plate of leftovers, acting like they were for myself of course and once that was finished I pulled my cloak over my body and went out one of the back doors unnoticed.

I finally arrived at the prison and the guards liked me enough so they just allowed me to pass through these days. Obedia and I had gotten to know one another while he was staying at the Capitol. However, Tywin had decided to move him to the prison. I reached his cell and they unlocked the door, letting me in. "Hello." I smiled.

"Hello my dear," I said then coughed into my hand. "You risk too much coming down here. Somebody is going to notice."

Obedia

"I'll be fine, don't worry about me. I brought you some dinner though." I said and unwrapped the plate, handing it him. "You're still sick, I should have brought some medicine."

"I'm fine, it's just a cough," I lied and pulled the plate to me. "You're too kind to me, you know."

Obedia

"I could never be too kind to you. If you ever need anything, please let me know."

"Actually... I do need something from you. I've heard things... and the guards taunt me enough. I need to send a letter to Victoria. Do you have anything I can write on, and with?"

Obedia

"Yes, I do. I always carry a notepad and pen so I don't forget anything." I reached in one of my pockets and pulled them out, handing them to him "What do you mean they taunt you?" I asked.

"They say it doesn't matter if I'm silent, they're going to find the others anyway. It doesn't matter. Whatever happens will happen. I can just do at least my best to try to prevent it," I said and started to write, trying to steady my hand as much as possible.

V - You need to move on from where you are, and quickly. The president is on the move and will arrest you - all of you - if he finds you. Keep moving until you're safe again and don't look back. - O
