Charles & Darlene

I looked in the mess hall and didnt see either girl so i went to find Mason. He was at his dads cabin and i walked up. "Hey, you seen Allegra or Lea. Noone knows where they are."

"No, I haven't seen them." I said, getting a little worried "Anywhere you haven't looked yet?"

"Naw, ive been everywhere. Damn Allegra, always running off into the damn..." i sighed. "Wanna come help find her man?"

"Yeah, of course. I'm a little worried now, she's always going off alone." I told him as we left the house.

"Yeah well...that is how she ended up with you." i laughed as we ran into Aurora. "Hey, you seen my sister?'

"Actually, I have. Her and Lea were hanging out in the woods over there." I said and pointed "Everything okay?"

"Yeah, shes just been gone a while. Thanks lil bit." i said and we headed that way. 'I shoulda known shed be by the stream."

"Yeah, me too. The water relaxes her." I said as we made it there, we looked around but nothing until I saw some drops of blood in the grass "Shit. Bastian, come look at this."

I woke and smiled at Charles' hand on my small bump. I put my hand over his and just laid there, unable to believe how amazing everything was right now.

"How are you feeling, sweetheart?" I whispered and then yawned.

"I'm feeling okay, just a little nauseous. Did you sleep okay? You tossed and turned last night."

"I haven't slept since that oldest little shit took off. Damn him."

I ran my fingers slowly through his hair. "I know baby. I've been really worried too. He'll be okay though, I know he will. He'll come back," I said and kissed him softly.

"I'm going to bust his ass when he does."

I smiled. "No you're not. You're going to hug him and tell him how happy you are that he's home, and that he better never leave again. If he does, then you can bust his ass," I teased.

"Maybe you're right. Just a bit." I teased.

"Just a bit huh?" I said and kissed him before a wave of nausea hit me. "Oh... damn hand me the waste basket please," I said, putting my hand over my mouth.

I grabbed the waste basket and held her hair as she leaned into it, rubbing her back.

I threw up twice before I was done then wiped my mouth and laid back on the bed. "I definitely don't enjoy this part of being pregnant."

"Is it safe to ask if you're hungry?"

"I think some tea, and maybe possibly some toast, let's see how that goes first."

"Alright, stay put and I'll bring it to you." I said and rose out of bed, pulling some pants on. I bent down and kissed her before going to the kitchen.

I laid on the bed, taking deep breaths and rubbing my stomach, trying to ease the nausea more, while I waited for him to come back.
