"You really think I feel like eating right now?"

"Doesn't matter if you feel like it or not. You need to."

"You need to stop being so bossy before you see a side of me that you will not like."

"Is that supposed to frighten me? Bring it on."

"I'm politely telling you to get the fuck out of my room. I'm not hungry. I'm exhausted and now I'm pissed. I don't need you to stick around as my keeper, I promise that I have no intentions on starving myself."

"Good. Wouldn't be a good thing if you were. I'll leave your room when the food gets here. It's already being brought up here, too late to call down and ask them to bring it to my room, it's too much of a hassle." I turned around in my chair and looked at her. "Do you hate me that much now?"

"No...I could never hate you." And that's the problem. "See Obedia like that...it brings back very harsh memories. I hate to see him suffer this way." Because that's how I suffered too.

"Memories of what? Of the camp?" I asked and looked at her. She'd never talked about what she'd went through, not with me.

"Yes. I have to say though the prison is slightly better."

"Better how? Talk to me."

"Why? It's over now. It's really nothing that you want to actually hear."

"Yes it is. I want to know."

"I was kept in the slave pens until...special occasions."

My blood ran cold and I didn't say anything for a minute. "Special occasions. Like...?" I said quietly.

I sighed and sat there for a few minutes, debating whether I should tell him or not. "I was used to suit their personal needs and they...also exploited me for their own entertainment. I was a sex slave, Damien."

I didn't know what to say, and it was a struggle for me not to just explode. "Molly... why... why haven't you ever told me?"

"I guess I was afraid you'd feel differently about me."

"Why would I feel differently about you? You think I don't know what it was like there? I know whatever they made you do... you didn't have a choice."

"I know...I tried to fight them at first but I learned my place rather quickly. It was just easier to do as I was told. I'm sorry that I never told you."

"It's okay. Come here."

I nervously walked over to him "Yes?"

I slowly pulled her into my lap and held her. "I wish you'd told me. But I understand why you didn't. None of it was your fault though. I did things there I'm... not proud of either."

"Will you tell me about it?"

"Not much to tell. I did whatever they told me to... because I saw what happened to those that didn't. And I did what I had to survive. I killed a man once... over a loaf of bread. I hadn't eaten in a week."

"I'm so sorry." I whispered and put my arms around him "They kept me in the pens with the others. I was only sought out when I was needed." I said. "It was awful. They'd clean me up and feed me so I would be ready and then once they were finished with me it was back to the pens. Men, women, and children."
