Bryce & Chelsi

"Mmm... damn. We can't have that. Can't you send her on some errands or something? This table is... just the perfect height for... all kinds of fun activities," I said with a smirk and kissed his neck, slowly sucking on his skin.

Chelsi

"In order to pursue kitchen table activities we need energy. For energy we need food." I said playfully, groaning a little when she nipped at my neck.

I smirked and did it again, loving it when he groaned again. "So... why don't we eat... very quickly... then you can send her on some errands," I said, kissing his neck in between words.

Chelsi

I chuckled "You little minx. I'm going to make you pay for all this teasing later." I said jokingly. "Eat, so I can take you out for the day."

"Mmm, I hope you do," I said and kissed his neck again before sitting up to eat. "Where all are you taking me?"

Chelsi

"Anywhere you want but I need to stop at the jewelery store first." 

"What for?" 

Chelsi

"If you want...I was going to pick out a wedding band set."

I stopped with my fork halfway to my mouth and looked up at him in surprise. "Really? You want me to wear a ring?" 

Chelsi

"If you want to but I won't force it on you."

"I think I'd like that," I said and smiled at him.

Chelsi

"Really?" I smiled. "That's awesome then, I'll get one too."

I smiled. "Okay good," I said and kissed him. "I need to go get dressed then I'll be ready to go." 

"Go ahead. I'll wait by the front door."

"Okay. I'll be down soon." I kissed him again then went up to dress. I came down in a few minutes. "I'm all set." 

I smiled, my eyes gazing over her. She looked good no matter what she was wearing. "Let's go then, sweet heart." I took her hand and we left.

We got to the central of the capitol and I could feel nerves creeping up on me again. It had been a long time since I'd been around here and it hadn't been a good trip. 

"Hey, you okay?"

I nodded. "Yeah. Yeah I'm fine," I said quietly.

My work phone started to buzz in my pocket and I had to dig it out. Just fucking great. "Yeah?" I answered and they told me what was going on. "Shit. I'm on my way." I told him and hung up. "I'm sorry, I gotta take you back home. Something's happened at the prison." 

"What's going on at the prison?"

Chelsi

"I don't know the details yet." I said and did a u-turn in the middle of the road. "I'll get back as soon as I can."

"Why do you look like you're trying not to freak out?" 

Chelsi

"I'm fine, really." I pulled into the drive way to let her out "Here, take this key. My stuff is in the trunk so, I'm going to head that way. Keep everything locked up tight." she nodded and I left.

I called and waited for him to answer. 



I had just got home when my phone rang and it was Evan again. "What's up?" I asked and he told me what was going on. "I'll ask her, just a sec." I walked into the house. "Chelsi?"
