In Town

"Don't. Don't lecture me. Especially about things you know nothing about." I knew I was making things harder on everyone but I couldn't help it. I was on the verge of a panic attack and I knew I had to get myself under control. "I'll get in the cart," I said quietly. 

"You have no idea who I am, what I've been through or what I've done. If you don't want lectured, don't give me a reason. Get in the cart. I'll see you in a few hours."  I waited until she stepped inside and I hated it but I closed the door behind her and secured it.

"You don't know anything about me either, or anything about what I've been through. So don't act like you do," I said and turned to face out the other window, fighting the panic as Chelsi put her arm around me. 



"Is everyone finally secure?" I asked him as I came down into the camp.

Wrong. I'd read the files and knew their faces, Tywin had made sure of that. "Yes, Sir. The other soldiers couldn't locate the two Simmons brothers or the wife. It was also brought to my attention that the Miller twins are not accounted for either."

"I see. Bring me the ones responsible for letting them escape."

God dammit. "Yes, sir." I left and went to find them but it didn't take very long. Once I rounded them up I took them back to Tywin.

I waited until the three of them were assembled in front of me. "I gave very specific instructions that I expected to be obeyed. You three are responsible for letting some of the most dangerous runaways escape. You know good and well I do not tolerate disobedience. Get down on your knees."

"Sir, it was an accident. We knew they were clever individuals or they wouldn't have made it this far." 

"I didn't ask for your opinion Travis. I ask for obedience, and there are consequences for those who don't follow through correctly with what they're told to do. Now, if you don't want to be down on your knees beside them, get the carts going. It's past time we got back home." 

"Don't turn into a leader that we don't want to follow, Tywin. Being an executioner didn't get you this far."


"What's going on?"

"Nothing you need to concern yourself with Micah. Take Travis and get the carts going. Now. I don't want to hear one more person question me and the decisions I make." 

"Sir, I'm not questioning you at all. I'm being honest. I'm with these soldiers more than you or Micah and if you kill these men for a mistake after they've been loyal to you for years it's going to cause some serious backlash. It's just something to think about." I had to force myself to walk away. We've been out here for weeks chasing a runaway piece of pussy just so he can repair his fucking ego and now he's going to start killing his own soldiers. At this rate the old man wasn't going to last much longer. "Alright, let's get these carts going!" I yelled to the others.


"Travis is right." I said as I turned away from him as well and went to help Alexis.

I stood there, waiting until all of the carts were on the edge of the village and heading into the woods. I put the silencer on the end of my gun and moved behind the three men. None of them said a word as I put the gun to the back of each of their heads and pulled the trigger. Their bodies fell to the ground and I put my gun away then headed off after my army.
