"Sure, I'm pretty hungry," I said, smiling up at him as I laced my fingers with his. "What do you think so far? It's beautiful out here isn't it?"

"Yeah it is, i wish Miranda and Trin woulda come, theyd love this."

"Yeah they would've. How come they stayed anyway?"

"They wanted to go to school and Doc Trayhill is watching out for them. They are safe."

"Oh okay. I hope they're alright. They should've come, they would've liked it here."

"Yeah, my sister and i were never really close. I love her but she just ....well is strongly independent. She woulda went nuts out here, and drove Quinn nuts too."

"How come you're not close? Did something happen or... is that just the way it's always been?"

We got up and walked outside, and i pulled her Close. "Im glad i came Alicia. I...well i woulda been a wreck with you gone."



"Really?" I asked quietly and smiled up at him. "I'm really glad you came too Heath. I didn't want to be without you," I said and leaned up to kiss him softly.

"Yeah, why is that beautiful?"



"Because... I..." I blushed hard. "I... I love you," I said softly.

I looked at her a moment and smiled. "Do you now, she nodded shyly, and how did i get so lucky?" i said and kissed her slow and soft.



I sighed and melted into the kiss. "I'm the lucky one Heath," I whispered against his lips as the kiss ended.

I looked into her eyes, kissing her softly. "You are so perfect. I am crazy for you. You know that?"

I smiled and blushed. "Well I'm far from perfect. You're crazy about me huh?"

We got back from eating and i dropped her at her sisters and told her i would see her in the morning.

2 week jump

Heath and I had fallen asleep on the couch talking. I woke up, curled up close to him, his arm draped around me. "Morning," I said and tilted my head back to kiss his cheek.

" Your sisters gonna kill me." I said kissing her forehead.

"Why? We didn't do anything. And we didn't fall asleep here in purpose."

I got up and said " She is pregnant and been on edge lately. Come on. Lets just get you back okay."

I sighed. "Yeah alright," I said and took his hand, letting him pull me to my feet, and we headed back to my house.

We got to her sisters cabin and I pulled her to sit on the swing Trent made. "Look, there's no rush with us. I'm not going anywhere. I really care about you okay."



I smiled. "I really care about you too Heath. I love you. Everything is just... perfect with you. I just don't think I'm ready... to go all the way yet. That's okay right?"

We went into the other room and i pulled her in to my lap. "Ever been in a snow storm before?"

I shook my head and laid my head on his shoulder, watching the snow swirl around outside. "No I haven't. It's beautiful though."

He met me out in the woods and before I could say anything he had me pressed against a tree, his lips covering mine in a deep kiss.
