Something had happened and I could hear a gurgling noise. "Tywin? Tywin are you okay?" I asked but received no reply in return. :Oh my god." I muttered, starting to panic. I pulled at my restraints hard, trying to loosen them. 

"Stop. You're gonna hurt yourself." Jesus she didn't need to see the body. I grabbed the comforter off the bed and wrapped his body up, not wanting to leave a trail of blood as I carried his body into the adjoining room. I stabbed him several times, in the chest and various other places, making sure he was good and dead, then went back in where she was. I went to her and started undoing the ties that held her to the balcony.

"Ian?" I asked, recognizing his voice. "What did you do? What did you do Ian?" I asked, almost pleading when he slipped the blindfold off of my eyes.

"Just did something that needed to be done," I said, releasing the last of the ties. God I hadn't seen her in so long. She was so skinny, clearly malnourished. The opposite of us. He'd clearly left her down there to rot, no care in the world what happened to her.

"What do you mean? Where is he? What did you do with him!?" I demanded, starting to feel an uncontrollable panic take hold of me. 

"He's gone. He can't hurt you anymore."

"He wasn't hurting me!" I screamed. 

"Bull shit. You're skin and bones because you were on a two year long fast, and I'm the fucking Easter Bunny. You're wasting away and he didn't give a shit."

"What? No, you're wrong. He did care!" I yelled and then realized that I was still undressed. "Clothes. I need clothes." 

"Like I haven't seen you naked before. Or have you forgotten?" I went over to her dresser and found some things. I didn't want her putting those nasty rags back on. "Here. And whatever you think, he really didn't care about you. Not with the way he treated you. You were just his favorite fuck."

He practically shoved the clothes into my arms and I cradled them to me. I didn't say anything else as I began to dress. I couldn't tell him how humiliated I was. Or how confused, sick, and hurt. "Did you kill him?" I asked but my voice was a whisper. 

"Yes." I turned to look at her. "Get dressed. We need to go."

Ian

"I don't want to go." 

"I didn't ask you what you wanted to do. It's not safe here. We need to get out of here."

I started putting the clothes on that he'd given me. They were too big but they'd do for now. "I said...I don't want to go with you." I was fighting back tears. "Where is he, anyway? What did you do with him that fast? Is he in the other room? The one that used to be yours?" I asked and started moving in that direction. 

I moved in front of her and put my hands on her shoulders. "I can't let you see him. You don't want to see him like that. And whether you like it or not, you can't stay here. He's dead Joy. You stay here they're gonna think you killed him. You think they're gonna believe you when you tell them you didn't? You've got every reason to. They'll put you right back in the dungeon and I can't allow that. You need to come with me for your own good."

I didn't say anything to him. There was so much he didn't know but needed to. Now wasn't the time. He wasn't being like himself but yet...none of them were. Not anymore. 

"She didn't say anything and I took her hand in mine, holding it firmly. "Let's go. I have a place we can go and be safe."

I nodded but before he led me away I stopped and looked behind me. Taking one last look around my room that I hadn't seen in two long years but one night was better than nothing. He didn't allow me to linger long before he finally led me out. 

I got to Joy's room and knocked. There was no answer so I knocked again. When there was no answer again, I took my gun out and slowly opened the door. She was probably just sleeping but it was better to be safe than sorry. There was a light on in the adjoining room, a man standing in the doorway. It was one of the soldiers, I couldn't recall his name. He was speaking into his radio, but I couldn't make out what he was saying. "Who's there?" He turned around, still speaking into his radio, and that's when I saw the body on the floor. I walked forwards and he turned his gun on me. "Stand down soldier," I said, aiming my gun at him. Colton



"You stand down. I'm on official business." Soldier



"And what might that be?" Colton



"That's none of your concern. You need to leave. Now. Before I put a bullet in your head." Soldier



The fuck was going on here. "Put your gun away Soldier. I can guarantee I'm a better shot than you. Who is that?" I asked, nodding to the body on the floor. Colton



"That was our president. He's been murdered. I've already put the word out to the few people that will take this situation seriously. They are in the process of putting our city on full lock down until we find out who did this. Now. Stand down, or I'll shoot you. I'm not going to say it again." Soldier



"You don't have the authority to speak to me that way, or to make those kinds of orders. Or orders of any kind for that matter. I'm going to have to insist you come with me and speak to Miss Lannister. She's acting President, effective immediately. Any orders that need to be given come straight from her." Colton



"I can see I'm going to have to make you take me seriously." I aimed at his leg and fired. Soldier



I fell to the floor, my leg gushing blood, and aimed at him. The bullet caught him in the neck and he fell to the floor, dead. His radio started going crazy but I couldn't concentrate enough to figure out who was on the other end. I put pressure on my leg then pulled out my phone and called Lydia. "I need you up here, now. Hurry. We have a situation." Colton

I stayed on my phone with him and started off at a run. "What's wrong?" I asked him, as I rounded a corner. "Do I need to call my brothers and Robert?" 

"Yes. Have them meet you here asap. And call a doctor. I've been shot. Just in the leg though, I'll be fine."

"What!? I'll be there soon." I said and hung up, dialing Tyrion first. When he answered I told him who I needed him to get and what to do for me. I finally made it to her room and burst inside. "Colton!? Where are you!?" 

"Right here," I called from over by the bed. "Could you turn the light on please? Don't go in the other room though."

"Why? What happened, Colton?" I found him and fell to my knees, checking his leg. "I called Tyrion, he's getting a doctor. Probably Robert and Micah too."
