"After I left Spencer I caught this guy following me and taking pictures." No need to mention that I lured him down an alley and beat his ass. "I took his camera and questioned him. Tyler was paying him to spy on me and Spencer. But it's okay now. I took care of it."

"And you didn't come to me about it why? What the hell is wrong with you Grace? And while we're on the subject, how about you explain to me what happened at the nursery."

"Because I had to go talk to Tyler and I didn't think you'd be very happy about it. I didn't want you going over there and confronting, it would have made things worse." I sighed. "I found a bruise on Spencer."

"You should have come to me immediately. We could have discussed it, but you didn't trust me not to do something to upset you. Instead you just pissed me off. And ignored my phone calls, I've been worried sick about you. What bruise? Why didn't you tell me about that either? All they told me was you went off and assaulted one of the nannies."

"I had so much on my mind today, Jordan that I didn't know what to do! Everything just happened all at once today."

I shook my head. "They banned you from the nursery for three months. If you had come to me before flying off the fucking handle, that could've been avoided. I could've taken care of it and she would have been the one in trouble, not you. What did Tyler have to say? And where's the asshole that was taking pictures?"

"He's my son! I gave birth to him so yes, I lost it when I found that some stupid bitch was being mean to him! You would have done the same exact thing!" I said and fought back the tears that threatened. "He said that I really gave him no other choice since I hadn't wrote to him or sent him pictures. And the guy with the camera is gone. I let him go."

"You let him go." I shook my head. "He was fucking spying on you and you let him go. Good job. And about Spencer, I know you gave birth to him, I know he's your son, and I love him like he's mine. But you are not in control of what happens to him. I have more say so than you do, I'm sorry about that, but it's the truth. The sooner you get that through your head and play by the rules, like you have been up until now, the better off you'll be. You are not in the wilderness anymore. You can't say or do any and everything that you want. You have to think about the consequences of your actions Grace. Tywin doesn't like you, or trust you, or any of the people that came here with you. That's just the way it is."

I was glaring at him "Gee, thanks for the update babe. I've only been out of the wilderness for two years now! What ever would I do if you weren't around to put me in my place. Fucking asshole. Move out of my way." I said and pushed past him to go upstairs.

"Grace stop it. Please." I took her gently and turned her around. "I'm sorry. That was out of line, what I said. I was just... I was so fucking worried about you today. I got that call from the nursery, and then I tried to call you, and... you've never ignored my calls before. I'm sorry I got so angry at you."

"I'm sorry too. I was so nervous about confronting him that I didn't know what I was doing. I love you, Jordan. I didn't mean to worry you."

"I know. It's okay," I said, pulling her into my arms. "I love you too baby. Let me see what I can do about Spencer okay? Royce's stepson lives at home because, from what I hear, a deal his uncle made. Let me see what I can do."



"Thank you." I managed to say before I burst into tears against his shoulder.



I held her tighter to me, slowly rubbing her back, trying to calm her down. "It's okay baby, everything's gonna be okay. I'm so sorry this has been so hard on you."

"I didn't mean to lose my temper."

"Neither did I. I just... when I couldn't get ahold of you... I've never been that scared."

"I'm really sorry, Jordan."

"You don't have to keep apologizing baby, really." I leaned down and kissed her. "I love you. I'm just glad you're okay," I said and kissed her again.

"There's something else. You probably won't like it."

"What is it?"

"I promised Tyler that I'd start sending him pictures and updates and Spencer."

I nodded slowly. "Alright. Is that it? You're not going to go see him again are you?"

"Not if you don't want me to. I'll give the pictures to Jerod."

"I would prefer that. I don't want you getting into trouble. Or him." Not to mention, I really didn't want her seeing him again either.

"That's what I'll do then."

"Thank you."

"You're welcome. Would it be okay if I checked on his little brother too? With Tyler and his father both in the arena, Timmy doesn't really have anyone."
