"Shew." I shook my head. "I don't know why but... I just felt like this day was never gonna come. Everything that's happened... things haven't exactly gone... good for us. You know?"

Quin

"Yeah, I know. You've really stuck together through everything. You two will be fine."

I smiled. "Part of me knows you're right. But part of me's still afraid. How do I get rid of that?"

Quin

"You'd have to ask, Ford. Somehow he got sweet little Katy to marry him. But...I have a feeling when you see Aurora you won't be afraid of anything."

"She's my rock... my everything. Without her... I'm nothing. She's the only thing that got me home."

Quin

"I know what you mean." I said as I looked out and caught Timber's eyes and smiled at her.


Everything and everyone looked ready, Gabe, Chase and I went over to Aurora giving her hugs and kisses. "You look...so beautiful. Your Father would be very proud of you, sweetheart." I told her, trying my best not to cry.

"Thank you, Mom. Thank you for everything, you and Selma...everyone really pulled through for us today. I love you."
-Aurora

"I love you too. I'll...see you when you're married." I hugged and kissed her cheek and did the same with Jack "You look very handsome." I told him and then I let the boys escort me to our seats.

I took a deep breath and lopped my arms through Jack's "I'm so nervous."
-Aurora

I looked where he was then back at him. "So when are you gonna tie the knot? We all know it's coming, we just don't know when. We took bets though," I said, joking.

Quin

I couldn't help but chuckle "Ya know, one of these days." I smirked.


It was time to go. Jack started leading me in that direction but not too fast, when we came around the trees everyone got silent and turned to watch us.

I felt like my heart literally stopped and I couldn't breathe for a minute. I damn sure couldn't take my eyes off her.

Quin

I saw the expression on Quin's face and smiled. "That's a good sign," I whispered to her, teasing her.

Jack

I smiled. "I'll take your word for it. I don't think I've ever seen him speechless before."

I didn't take my eyes off her, not even for a moment, everyone else disappearing until it was just me and her. She got up to me and Jack hugged her before handing her over to me, then walked away. I took her hands in mine and slowly pulled her into my arms. "Damn," I said and heard everyone laugh. "You know... I've been wracking my brain... trying to figure out what to say right now. When it came to me earlier today... I already know. It's simple. And it's gonna sound really cheesy, and you know that's not me at all so... remember this moment," I said and heard a few chuckles. "When I first met you... I hated you. I don't know how many people can say that about the one they fall in love with. But... even then... you stirred something in me. I didn't know what it was then, but... fate's funny like that. We've been through a lot. Almost lost each other more times than I want to count. But we always find our way back to each other. I'm not whole without you. I'm nothing without you. You complete me in ways that no one else could. You see into my soul... and you see good things... when I don't see them myself. You've stuck by my side through everything, when anyone else would've run for the hills. You're my rock. You're my anchor. I wanted to say more but my throat was feeling a little choked up. I leaned in and kissed her, not caring if it wasn't time to do that yet.

He kissed me tenderly and then pulled away and I squeezed his hands a little, becoming teary eyed. “Wow.” I smiled. “The first time I met you, you threw a rock at me.” I said and everyone laughed lightly “But even after that, after you made it very clear that you hated me...you still saved my life and for some reason you were always determined to look out for me. You've saved my life so many times now and you've even saved me from myself. You've forgiven me when I didn't deserve forgiveness and any time I've needed you, you've always been there. You took care of my family when I had to be away and I did everything in my being and fought my way back to you. We've had hard times but I wouldn't change any of it now. It just made us stronger and with you I know that I can truly conquer anything. I love you so much. I love you more than life itself.”

-Aurora

"I love you too baby. So much. You got it wrong though. You're the one that's saved me," I said and kissed her again, deeper this time. "Anyone gonna announce us, or can I do it?"

Quin

I smiled "I now pronounce Q and Brown Eyes, husband and wife. Do you wanna kiss that bride again?"

"Always," I said and leaned her back, practically devouring her mouth. I pulled her back up and picked her up in my arms. "Anyone gonna object if we start our honeymoon early?"

Quin

"Nah, get the hell outta here!"
-Mason

"We wouldn't stay if you wanted us to, we'll catch ya later," I said and kissed her again before carrying her home.

Quin

Everyone stood up and cheered for them and then it was time to finally cut loose and have some fun. I looked around and watched Raine move past everyone but I caught up to her just as she was trying to sneak away "Hey, Sunshine. Where are you going?"

I looked up at Asher then looked back down. "Nowhere really. Probably home. I'm kinda tired, and I'm not really hungry," I said quietly.

Raine

"Oh, come on. Stick around and eat, have a good time. You can't stay shut up in the house so much. Anyway, I want you to dance with me. Timber already said it was okay with her."
-Asher

"I... I don't know... I don't... really want to be around people right now," I said and wrapped my arms around myself.

Raine

I saw Parker in the trees and slowly walked over to him. "You came."

Selma

"You've secluded yourself long enough, come on." I gently put her arms down and back at her sides and took her hand "If you turn me down I might just cry."

"Yeah, of course. Not everyday your only Son gets married."
-Parker

"No you won't. You rarely cry," I said quietly but took his hand. "Can we just... stay over here though? Lots of people just... makes me claustrophobic," I said as a couple people brought out guitars and started playing.



"I know," I said quietly. "I'm glad you came. I'm sorry... about how things went this morning."

"Sounds good to me." I said and pulled her to me "Everyone's worried about, Sunshine."


"It's alright. I didn't have my hopes up about the situation going better than it did anyway. I fucked up, what else can I say?"

"Why should they be worried?" I asked quietly.



"That you made a mistake. I might be angry at you, but I understand why you did it. I know... if you hadn't wanted to... you wouldn't have left. I just wish you hadn't had a reason to."
