"I shouldn't say I'm not jumping to conclusions, but I'm trying not to. What else am I supposed to think though." 

"I know, I was thinking it too but I guess I'm just really hoping it isn't like that."

"Yeah, me too. I don't envy him when Sem finds out, if it is like that. She can be scary when she's pissed off. And coming from me, that's saying something." 

"That and Collin has always been afraid of her so yeah...that won't go over too well."

"Why has Collin always been afraid of her?" 

"Something happened, I'm not sure what but she twisted his nuts pretty good once. Wouldn't you be scared?" 

"If she did that? Hell yeah. Poor Collin," I said then laughed softly.

"I'm sure he asked for it." I smiled.

"Knowing Collin? I'm pretty sure he did too." 

I was going to speak again when something caught my eye and I looked over and watched as Brendan came out of the tent and was heading towards Katy's cart. "Well, here's your chance."

"Yeah. I guess it is," I said, crossing my arms over my chest as he came up to us.



"How are you two doing?"



"I could ask you the same question." 

"Is everything alright?" I asked him.

"Everything's fine. I'm just anxious to get home." Not that I wanted to see what was going to happen to them, but I needed to get home to Sem. I'd been so worried about her I could barely think straight.



"Are you really?" 



"What's that supposed to mean?"



"I think you know exactly what I mean." 

"What were you and Alexis talking about?"

I didn't say anything for a minute. Fuck, they'd seen me go in there. I should've known, they had the perfect view. That was probably Alexis's plan too, when she directed how to set the carts for the night. "Nothing important." 



"If it was nothing important, then why were you going in there? Alone? In the middle of the night while everyone else is going to sleep?"



"It's none of your business. Just drop it, please." 



"Are you cheating on Sem?" 

"Why isn't it her business? Fuck. You came along with these jackwagons to take us all prisoner, the least could do is answer your sister's question."

"She doesn't want to hear the answer to her question." 



"Oh you're wrong, I definitely want to hear the answer. Fucking answer me." 



I sighed. "What I'm doing... it isn't by choice. Not really." 



"Oh you have to be fucking kidding me. Really Brendon? No one forced you to shove your dick up her cunt. Give me a god damned break." 



"Stop it Katy, let me explain." 



"You don't have to explain a damn thing. I don't even know you anymore. As a matter of fact, I don't want to. You've joined up with these bastards who are taking us away from everything that's finally made us happy, taking us back as prisoners, these kids are scared to death, and to top it all off you can't even keep it in your pants. I wish to god I could be there when you tell Sem, and damn it you fucking better or I will, because I would love to see her beat the ever loving shit out of you. Get the fuck out of my face and don't talk to me anymore. I'm done with you." 



"Katy please -" I said but she cut me off.



"No, Brendon. I'm not your sister anymore. Me and my family are prisoners. And you helped make that happen," I said and sat down on the bench, my back to the wall, barely holding my tears in. 

"Whoa. I think she's a little pissed. Does Dom know about this shit?"

"Yes. He knows. But he also knows about how Alexis threatened to kill Sem, him, Katy, you, and the kids, if I didn't get in her bed. So yeah, I fucking hate myself, but I'd rather lose all of you than have to bury you." 

"She's using her snatch to threaten you? Holy fuck."

"Yeah. Pretty much," I said and looked down. "Said if I did it... she couldn't do anything to help you, because you killed two soldiers. But she said she'd let Katy keep the kids. Aiden won't go to Tywin. And she said she could help Sem... not that Sem would ever want her help. Not after this. But... if I didn't... she'd kill all of you. Starting with Dom. She said she'd kill him that night." 

I let all of that sink in for a moment. "What are you going to do, now?"

I shrugged. "Go home. Tell Sem. Wait for her to leave me. Then... I don't know." 

"I'm really sorry, you have to do that. Maybe she won't go."

"This is Sem we're talking about. She's not gonna stay. Not when I've slept with someone else. More than once."
