Quin & Aurora

"See you soon." I said as Jack and I left the cabin.

I sighed. "Feels good to be home finally," I said quietly.

"The place is a mess...I'll get it cleaned up tomorrow. Promise." I told him and started fixing the blankets and pillows "Are you comfortable?"

"I'm perfect. I'm here with you aren't I."

I smiled "Are you trying to charm me? It just might work." I lowered my lips to his and kissed him softly.

I smiled against her lips and kissed her back. "I was just being truthful baby."

"I love you so much...you better get well soon."

"I'm going to baby. I promise. Gotta get back on my feet so I can take care of you. I'm tired of being laid up and being useless."

"Somehow you've managed to take care of me a lot since I first laid eyes on you. I'm still not sure how that happened but it won't kill me to do a few things."

"What do you mean, you don't know how it happened? I'd do anything for you baby. I love you."

"I love you too but when you first met me you weren't too find of me being around but you were still helping me every way you could."

I shrugged a little. "It's just the way I was raised. To help people. I can't seem to help myself. And... there was just something about you... even then.

Quin

I went over and climb into bed beside of him, relieved to finally have him home and close to me. "I love you, Quin." I said as I cuddled against him, careful not to hurt him.

"I love you too baby. I don't know what I ever did without you."

"I don't know what I ever did without you either."

"Well let's hope we never have to find out," I said and kissed her softly, then covered my mouth to try to hide a yawn.

"Get some sleep, I'll stay right here." I said, I knew he had to be exhausted.

"Don't want to sleep though. I want to spend more time with you," I said, finding her hand and lacing my fingers with hers.

"You'll be spending plenty of time with me, you can't really go too far for awhile."

I smiled a little. "That's true," I said and kissed her hand. "I love you baby."

"I love you too. Get some sleep." I smiled knowing I wasn't going to be getting any rest. I was too afraid some of those jerks might come back to finish what they started. I had to be on the alert just incase.

I smiled at her again before I couldn't stop my eyes from closing any longer and fell quickly asleep.

We got back to the house and he helped me inside and helped me lay down on the couch. I put my arm over my eyes, praying my head would stop pounding and my stomach would stop churning.

"I just woke up and he was gone, you found him in the woods like this?" I asked as I started building up the fire so I could heat his water.


I nodded and looked over at him "Yeah. He's real disoriented and didn't know where he was." I said, worried about him. "Here, I'll get all of that. Stay with him." I told her.

"Angel..." I muttered and felt her take my hand. "What's going on? What's... what's happening to me? I... I've never sleep walked a day in my life, I... I have no idea how I got out there."
