"It's fine, Tywin." I sighed and stood up "I'm not that hungry, I think I'll go ahead and retire to bed."

"No it's not fine. If it was fine, I would not have said anything. Sit down and finish your dinner. We shall return soon."

I didn't want to sit back down, I wasn't fucking hungry. I just smiled slightly "Be safe." I told him and when he looked away I met Ian's eyes briefly.

It took all my restraint not to go to her, but doing that right now would be bad on so many levels. I nodded at them then followed Micah and Mr. Lannister from the room.




"Well. As fun as that was, I have places to be," I said, pushing my chair back and standing up.

"Yeah, really." I said, sliding my chair back. I stood to leave and Joy just sat there "Having dinner alone, then?" I asked.


I shrugged slightly "I always have dinner alone, regardless if any of you assholes are around or not."

"That's a bit rich. I haven't said a word against you, and you're calling me an asshole?"

"You're right. Excluding you, everyone else is an asshole." I said and turned to Lydia "He chose me, what do you really want me to do about that? It's not like I can do whatever I want now and make my own choices. If you're angry with him then fine. But you need to cut the shit with me." I rolled my eyes and stood up from the table and left the dining room.


I didn't say anything, I just sighed to myself "See you around, Tyrion."

"Never a dull moment around here. Have a good evening Lydia. Try to stay out of trouble for once alright?" I said and left the dining room myself.

I checked the time as I started towards my room, I'd wait until later before I left the house but I was getting out of here.

I got back to my room, so upset I was visibly shaking. I hated this. I hated being told what to do all the time, where to go, and how to act. I tore the dress off of me and threw my heels across the room, storming into my closet. I opened a box Tywin didn't know about and started pulling out my jeans, boots, and t-shirts. I was going to go insane if I didn't get out of here. I got dressed quickly and pulled my hair up into a pony tail. I went and lifted up my mattress, I got my knife out and strapped it around my waist. Guards would be guarding the halls so the window had to play exit. I opened it up, letting the warm breeze hit my face then I started moving down the side of the building.

Ian had said one word to me since they found Lydia and I at the Pits. He'd been pacing around my room but he was still silent "Ian...why haven't you said anything? You're really upset with me, aren't you?"

I stopped and ran a hand through my hair. "Do you have any idea how scared I was today? Seeing you like that... anything could've happened to you..."

"I'm sorry, I really am. But I'm tired of being shut away all the time...I'm a good fighter. If I would have thought for a moment that I would lose I wouldn't have signed up for it."

"That's not the point. What if someone would've found out who you were? They found two guards out in District 5. They'd been killed. And you went there without a guard or anything...."

"It won't happen again." I whispered and sighed a little "I'm sorry. I was just...wanting to go out. I haven't went out alone for a very long time...since I was a child even. Before Tywin raided us and killed my Father. I'm so tired of being sheltered all the time."

"Why didn't you just tell me? I would've gone with you and it wouldn't have been a problem. I'm your bodyguard, it's my job to protect you."

"Because even with you here Tywin still said I couldn't go out just yet."

"Did he say why?"

"Because it's too dangerous." I said and looked down at my lap "I guess I'll really get it from him later, I should clean up before he sees me like this again."

"It wouldn't be dangerous if I was with you. Would you like me to help you clean up?"

"It's alright, maybe it's best you don't. I mean...you're already upset enough." I said, knowing I had bruising underneath my clothing.

I didn't say anything for a minute. "Are you hurt Joy?"

I shook my head "No, just bruised."

I sighed. "Alright. Can I help you clean up?"

I nodded "Yes...you can." I said as I stood up and walked into my bathroom.
