Jason & Faye

The wolf heard Brett's voice and took off running out the front door as Jason held it open "She's gorgeous." I told Faye "I'll have to get used to her though."

"I'm sure it won't take long, she's really great. She's been keeping me company. So how are you? Did the trip go okay? How is everyone?" I laughed a little. "Sorry for the twenty questions there."

I smiled "They're doing a lot better, as good as can be expected." I said "Speaking of questions. When in the hell did you take up with Jason? Next thing I knew you two were long gone."

I blushed a little. "We um... we've actually been together for... well for a few years. We couldn't let anyone know about it. You know how Jasper is. After that party in District 1... we got into it. He um... well let's just say he was in a bad mood. I called Jason after and he came straight over, beat the shit out of Jasper and we left. I've never looked back, it was the best thing I've ever done."

"I know how he is, he paid me a visit. He ended up with some bruised nuts and Cash ran him off."

"Oh my god! He didn't hurt you did he? What else has he been doing? Did that bastard hurt any of you in that raid?"

"No, I'm fine. He didn't hurt me, he was afraid of Cash I think." I told her "Yes, he hurt a lot of them. Him, Cade, Marco and Jamal."

I closed my eyes, tears stinging. She didn't have to go into detail, I knew what they'd done. "How... how many?" I whispered.

"They all came with us. They...made the last one count. I'm sure it's nothing they'll ever forget."

I shook my head, tears falling down my face. "Not... not little girls this time... please tell me they didn't do that," I whispered.

"The teenagers. But they didn't go younger than that."

"That's... that's what I meant," I whispered. I closed my eyes then wiped at my tears. "Is there anything I can do to help?" I asked, wishing those bastards were dead.

"You've already helped, their eyes lit up when they seen this place. Some of them are feeling better and it will just take times for the others.

"Would you like to come to the Mess Hall with me? I was going to help cook the food, I can get you something to eat."

"Sure, I don't mind helping actually. I was also going to talk to Jack about a school."

"Oh that would be wonderful. I can help if you'd like, I used to teach myself."

I went looking for Megan. "Hey, im gonna go grab some food and check on my daughter. I will find you later, enjoy your time with your brother." i said and smiled and went to go eat.

I smiled and watched Cash leave, I turned back and Jason was smiling at me "What?" I asked.


"Nothing, just glad to see that you two are on really good terms again."

"Seems like more than good terms," I teased.

Faye

"Very good terms." I winked.

I smiled. "Oh yeah? Details woman! I want to know everything," I said as we started walking to the mess hall.

"Well, you know Cash got hurt and was in a wheelchair for a little while. The house I got was right beside of him and we hadn't started talking that much until the night Jasper came." I said and told her about the whole thing "We just started connecting again. I love him so much."

I smiled. "I'm so happy for you. He seems to be doing well now, is everything okay with him?"

"Seems to be, his daughter recently got married and I was practically living with him."

I smiled. "That is so wonderful. I remember her... Fawn right? Who did she marry?"
