"It feels good....to laugh again. Even if it's only a little."

I smiled a little. "Well you have a nice laugh. You should laugh more."

"I'll do my best, same goes for you too though."

"I haven't laughed in forever. I'll try."

"You should...we have to start living again sometime."

I nodded. "As hard as it is... you're right. We do," I said and smiled a little at her.

"We'll figure it out, won't we?"

"I know we will. At least we're not in this alone, that helps."

"We have each other and our friends. I know they'll do everything they can for us."

"Yeah they will. They've always been more than friends, more like family."

"They really are...even though the circumstances right now are difficult...knowing that we have family here to help us means a lot too." I said and then yawned a little.

"Yeah it does. More than I think they know," I said, smiling a little when she yawned again. "You should get some sleep."

"You should too, are you going to bed soon?"

"I know I should. Whether I do or not is a different story though," I said, not wanting to say out loud how much I dreaded another night alone.

I knew he wasn't sleeping much, I could tell it in his face from the dark rings around his eyes. I stood up and went over to him, hugging him gently "Goodnight, Ronin."

I put my arms around her and hugged her back. "Night Megan. Get some rest okay."

"I'll try." I said and stepped away from him. I walked into my room and shut the door as I undressed and got into bed, praying that sleep would come.

I stayed up a little while longer before reluctantly going to bed myself, praying I'd be able to get at least a little sleep.
