Jordan & Grace

"I can't. I just want to go to sleep."

I sighed. "Alright. I'll leave it in the fridge in case you change your mind. You better eat in the morning though." 

"Ok." I simply replied.

"Do you want to volunteer at the nursery tomorrow? You could spend all day with Spencer while I work." 

I didn't know what to say for a moment but I did get up and open the door slowly "Why are you being so nice to me?"

"I already told you I'm not a dick. Figured I might as well prove it to you. You're my wife, like it or not, and I want you to be happy."

I hadn't missed the fact the he called Spencer his step son earlier. "I'd love to see him."

"Okay. Well make sure you're ready so we can leave after breakfast. I'll drop you off at the center and pick you up when I'm done working." 

"I will." I nodded "Do...you have anything I can sleep in?"

"You can wear one of my shirts. Will that be okay?" 

"Yes, thank you."

"I'll go get you one," I said and went to my room, bringing a shirt back for her. "Do you need anything else? There's spare toiletries and stuff in the bathroom, towels and whatever if you want to shower."

I took the shirt from him and held it against me "Yes, I'm going to shower before bed. I know I need it."

"Take your time. I'll be in my room, but just knock if you need anything alright?" 

"I will...thank you for everything."

"You're welcome. Good night Grace," I said and closed her door as I left to go into mine.

I waited until I heard his door shut and then walked out into the hall and then the bathroom. I placed his clean shirt on the sink counter and stripped out of my dirty clothes. When I stepped into the shower and the warm water hit my body I moaned with relief, the water felt so good and refreshing.  I cleaned myself up, washing my hair thoroughly and I stayed under the water until it literally ran cold. I stepped out and dried off, then I slipped on Jordan's shirt. He was so muscular that it swallowed me. I collected my other clothes and left the bathroom.

I went out to get something to drink and almost literally ran into her in the hallway. I put my hands on her shoulders to steady her, then realized... yup... the shirt I had given her was white... and she was still dripping a little from the shower. I swallowed hard as my shirt (big as it was on her) left little to the imagination. "Are you alright?" 

"I'm fine, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to run into you." I could feel my face blushing. When I put the shirt on I could tell it was semi see through so I was trying to hurry back to my room. So much for that.

"Not your fault. And you don't have to apologize... at all." I slowly slid my hands down her arms and off of her. "Did you enjoy your shower?" 

"I did. It was amazing, actually. I really should get to bed now, goodnight." I said and started to move past him.

Oh fuck that ass of hers... "Um..." I cleared my throat. "Good night Grace. I'll um... I'll see you in the morning." 

"Okay." I told him and then remembered what he'd done earlier that day. Before I shut my door I set my clothes down and turned back around "Jordan?"

"Yeah Grace?" 

I knew he had a clear view of my whole body "I think the bathroom being between ours rooms may turn out to be a problem. With the way we keep running into one another."
