I smiled back at her. "You're welcome. Are you ready to get this over with? I'm sorry you'll be subjected to the company of my brother and uncle, but I think you'll get along great with my sister Pasha."

"I'll be fine, I have to get used to them eventually."

"I do apologize for that. I hope I didn't offend you with how... possessive I was being earlier at his house. It's just the only thing that seems to make a dent in my brother's skull."

"It's alright, really. I'm sorry for the things I said to you...I was upset."

"It's okay, I understand. You had every right to be upset," I said and kissed her softly.

"Thank you for understanding." I said and looked at the time "We should go. I don't want to upset Nicholai."

"Yeah you're right. I can't wait to get you back here after dinner." I smirked a little and kissed her, then took her hand and led her out.

Nate carried me into the house and I fought him the whole way, he set me down after the doors had been shut and I could hear the commotion next door "Let me go! I have to get back to her!" I tried to go past him and he caught me.

"And get killed? No! Sky please I can't let you! He's in a rage right now, he'll hurt anyone that gets in his way."

I didn't say another word, I hurried upstairs and slammed my door bolting it shut. I changed out of the dress and let my hair down, pulling on my pants, long sleeved shirt and boots. I opened the window and climbed out of it, and shimmied down the house.

I sat down slowly in a chair and put my head in my hands. "Why... does it always have to be this way with them? Why."

"They need to go. Plain and simple."

"And how do you propose that happens?"

"Im not sure. You and Allistair need to get to Brady."

"He's going to have Brady arrested. If not now then soon. You know that right?"

"Yes, i do know that. Thats why we need to get to him. Let him know. This is a fucking mess."

"Yeah it is. We should go. Is he at home, do you know?"

"I dont know. I need to get Jennie to the house. You and Allistair go."

I nodded. "Let me just go check on Sky real quick then we can go," I said and headed upstairs. I opened her door and it took me a moment to register that she wasn't there. I looked around then something made me look outside. I saw her rushing away from Nicholai's and cursed, then rushed back downstairs. "She went back to his house," I yelled before taking off out the door, calling after her.

"Well. Allistair go with him. Im going to get Jennie out of here."

"I'll see you when I get home, love you." I kissed Pasha and hurried after Nate.

I kept calling after Sky but she kept running. I pushed myself harder to catch up with her. "Sky! Wait! Stop!" I yelled. I finally caught up to her as she tripped, and I caught her before I fell. "Sky... geez what happened? Are you okay? Why did you go back there?" I asked then realized her shirt was ripped clean open. I saw red, rage filling me. "What did that bastard do to you?"

"Nothing! I didn't give him a chance. Why are you here? You don't belong here with these people, you're different. You and Pasha both."

"I don't have much of a choice Sky." I shook my head and pulled her hard to me. "Are you okay? Please tell me the truth. I would die if anything happened to you."

"I'm fine. He just...tried to touch me." I muttered and pulled my shirt together "His house...it's a mess and blood everywhere. You have to get Brady...if something happens to her my brother in law will rain hell fire on this place. The love that he and Autumn Dove have is strong. You don't fuck with something like that."
