The Infirmary

"How about Spencer? Do you like that name?"

I smiled. "I love that actually. Little Spencer. It's perfect," I said and kissed her.

"Yeah, it is." I smiled and Pepper said she needed to finish cleaning me up.


"Tyler, if you want you can come with me to clean up little Spencer, I'll show you how to bath him until he losses his umbilical cord." I said as I came in.

"Alright, thanks Rosalie," I said and kissed Grace before getting up and going in there.

I helped Tyler clean up the baby as Pepper was doing the same with Grace "He's gorgeous, you must be so proud."

"I am. And so happy. I've never been so happy in my entire life." I knew I had the goofiest grin plastered across my face but I didn't care. All I could do was smile down at my son as I cradled him in my arms.
Tyler

"I'm happy for you." I smiled "Come on, Pepper should be finished with Grace by now."

I got up carefully and carried Spencer back in there, sitting down carefully on Grace's bed with him. "How are you feeling baby?"

"I'm tired, but other than that I feel good." I said "Pepper said everything went really good, I should be healed in a few weeks."

I smiled. "That's great baby," I said and kissed her. "When can I take them home?" I asked Pepper.

"In about two days, I'd like to keep her close just to make sure she's healing properly but so far so good."

I nodded. "I can stay too right? I don't want to leave them."

"Of course, I'll get a cot for you to sleep on." I said and left the room. I was back a few minutes later with the cot, a pillow, and blanket "Here you go."

"Thanks Pepper," I said and handed Spencer to Grace when she reached for him. "He's amazing isn't he?"

"Yeah, he is. He looks like you."

I smiled. "You think so?"

"Yeah, I do." I said and kissed Spencer's tiny head "I think we should all get some rest now, you look dead tired."

"So do you baby," I said and kissed her softly. I carefully took Spencer and laid him down in the bed, then laid down myself. "I love you so much. Goodnight baby."

"I love you too, sweet dreams my boys." I told him and the three of us drifted off to sleep.

We carried the stretcher to the infirmary and I knocked on the door with my foot. "Pepper!"

I ran to the door and opened it up seeing Quin beaten bloody "Oh, hell. What have these boys gotten into this time? Follow me." I told them as the carried him in. We got to one of the man made beds and Brett, Mason, Chase, and Gabe helped put him on the bed and I started checking him out.

"Some bastards from the other camp jumped him, had him hanging by the wrists from a tree, and were beating the shit out of him."

I shook my head and started analyzing his injuries.

She had to get his bloody clothes off him to look at all his injuries, and I covered my mouth with my hands as more and more bruises were revealed. "Please... please tell me he's gonna be okay," I whispered, tears falling down my face.

Ethan and I walked in with Lea and Bastian. Brett's damn wolf must have sensed her because it started howling to the top of it's lungs.


"What's wrong, Furious?" I asked and looked up as they stepped in with Lea "What the hell happened to her!?" I demanded.


"I'm fine....really." I told him in a soft voice.


We got back to the camp and I ran for the infirmary, busting in the doors. I found Selma quickly just as Pepper finished stripping Quinn down revealing all of his bruises and I couldn't help but feel guilty. He deserved better than this...than me. I kept hurting him or getting him hurt in some way.
