"Oh okay. Thanks. Did you bring enough for you too? I don't want to be away from you right now."

"I brought enough for both of us." I smiled "I'm not leaving."

I smiled a little. "Thank you. You're... you're being so great about all of this."

"Did you think I wouldn't?"

"I don't know. I was afraid... you wouldn't want to be with me anymore... because of what happened."

"And now you know better." I smiled.

I smiled a little. "I'm glad you do. I'm glad you told me. I... I love you too Chase."

"I was so nervous about telling you that." I admitted "I was pretty afraid you would shoot me down."

"Why would I shoot you down? You're amazing, and you're so good to me. You take care of me."

"I wasn't sure if you would want me in your life after what happened."

"It was hard... right after, it was hard to be around anyone. But I feel safe with you. I want to be with you more than anyone else."

"Then I'm not going anywhere. I love you, Bella."

"I love you too Chase," I said and leaned into him as we started to eat. "This is really good, I haven't ate anything this good in a long time."

"Me either. I can get used to living here."

"Yeah me too. It's definitely better than living there."

"You should let me take you out for a walk, show you around. I think it would do you some good, but we'll do it when you're ready."

"Maybe in a little bit... I don't... know if I want to be around a lot of people. How many know... about me, that I'm... you know."

"We haven't mentioned anything, I'm leaving it up to you."

I nodded a little. "Okay. Thanks," I said quietly, knowing I wasn't going to say anything to anyone. I never wanted to talk about what had happened.

"You're welcome, we won't talk about it until you're ready."

I nodded. "Okay. I guess I'm... ready for that walk. If you still wanna go."

"Yeah, of course." I said as I set our plates to the side and took her hand "No one will ask you about it, Bella. Don't be afraid."

I nodded a little and leaned against him. "I just... don't want anyone to look at me... funny. I know they all know what happened."

"They won't look ta you funny, they'll be happy to see you."

"I don't... really want to be around anyone but you right now. Can it just be me and you? I'll go... see everyone later or something."
