Bella

"Yeah, sure." I said as we walked outside and headed straight for the woods so she didn't have to be around anyone.

We started walking and I leaned against him more as he put his arm around me. "What are you thinking about?" I asked quietly.

"About how much you mean to me."

I smiled a little. "You mean a lot to me too Chase. More than you know."

"I'm glad." I smiled, squeezing her hand gently, helping her over logs and other foliage."

We kept walking and went through some trees, coming across a clearing. I stopped dead in my tracks, my chest feeling tight, my body starting to shake.

"Bella, what is it? What's wrong?" I asked her, trying to figure out what was going on.

I couldn't see Chase anymore, couldn't hear him... all I could see was them, hear them laughing, calling me names, I could feel the blade of his knife on my neck, feel his hands on me.... I backed up until I felt a tree behind me and fell to my knees, my body shaking harder, whispering no over and over again.

"Bella!" I picked her up "It's me, Bella. Look at me, please!"

"DON'T TOUCH ME! NO! DON'T TOUCH ME!" I screamed and squirmed until he put me down. I curled into a ball, my hands over my face, and started sobbing. "Don't touch me... don't touch me... please... don't hurt me again."

I picked her up again even though she was fighting me "Bella! Dammit, it's Chase!" I said giving her a little shake.

I managed to snap out of it and started sobbing harder, my breaths coming in little gasps, my chest still tight. "I... I... I'm... s... so... sorry," I managed to get out in a whisper. "I'm s-sorry, I'm sorry."

I cradled her against me, letting her cry into my shirt "It's okay, Bella. I swear it's okay, I'm here."

I couldn't seem to catch my breath no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't stop sobbing. "I... I can't... can't breath... I can't... breathe," I whispered. "Get... get me... outta here... now... please."

"Alright, just calm down." I told her and carried her far from the clearing.

I buried my head in his chest, trying to get the images out of my head. I felt like I was going to pass out my head was swimming so bad and my stomach was in knots, I felt like I was going to throw up. "Stop... stop Chase I'm gonna be sick," I whispered and put my hand over my mouth, trying to hold it in so I didn't throw up on him.

I set her down and held her hair back as she bent over and was throwing up, I felt so bad for her and didn't know what to do "I'll take you back, this was a mistake."

"Walk... was a good idea. Just not... not there... never there... don't take me back there," I said and wiped my mouth off with the back of my hand.

"I won't but I didn't even know it was there, Bella. Honest."

"I know. It's not your fault Chase," I said quietly and leaned back against him. I felt drained now, and clammy. I was covered in sweat and my body was still shaking a little. "Can you... take me to get a shower? Then maybe... maybe I should just go back home. I'm... I'm really sorry."

"Want me to carry you? You look so weak, I'm carrying you anyway." I said and picked her up, carrying her back.

I wrapped my arms around his neck and laid my head on his chest, listening to his heartbeat. "I'm sorry Chase," I whispered.

"Don't be sorry, it's okay."

"It's not okay," I whispered. "But thank you for saying so." He got me to the shower house and set me down. I leaned against the wall for a minute, my legs a little shaky. "I'll just... I'll just be a minute."

"I'll stand right outside incase you need anything. Okay?"
