I stopped what I was doing and turned to face her. "What...? Are you serious? What did Atticus say?"

"Just that he was sorry. He didn't want to hurt me more by telling me. He shouldn't have kept it from me, not something like that."

Caitlin

I sighed and thought for a second "Did he say if he knew that other bastard? Do you think Josh knew?"

"I don't know. He walked in on me looking at the album. He didn't say anything about the other guy. I couldn't think enough to ask."

Caitlin

"Was he...in the album too?" 

I didn't see him. I didn't look after I found... his picture though. There was a picture of their graduating class though. I'm sorry, I'll look later."

"No, it's okay. I don't want you to. Don't do that to yourself."

I nodded and went to take a drink of my water but stopped. "I need something stronger than this. A lot stronger."

I pulled a bottle of liquor from the cabinet "That can be managed."

"Thank god. You're a lifesaver Lea."

"So, I've been told." I managed a smile and poured us both some. "There is a girl's night at the Black Crow tonight. Interested?"

"Sure. Anything to get out of going home right now."

Caitlin

Yay! We can go out shopping and buy a new outfit for it. Abi is going too, she just doesn't know it yet."

I smiled a little. "We should see if anyone else wants to go."

Caitlin

"Of course. Who do you suggest?"

"Maybe Chelsi. Aurora, maybe Rosalie. I don't know, we could just knock on everyone's door and make them all go," I said and laughed a little.

"I'll make sure that the message gets passed along, then. A good night of some fun won't hurt anybody."

"No. I think it'll help a lot of people too."

"So, do I. Poor Megan has been so wound up lately. Not sure what's going on there."

"Who knows. A lot of people have been on edge lately. Maybe it's the weather."

"Most likely, it's the sexual frustration."

I couldn't help but laugh a little. "You're probably right. Atticus is going to be very lucky if he ever gets laid again. Guess he should get used to blue balls."

"I can't really blame you there, honey. He should have been honest with you."

"Yeah he should have." I got quiet and took another drink. "I feel so stupid. I feel like... he used me. I thought I could trust him, and all this time..."

"Don't think like that, he just made a really stupid mistake."
